The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 相比1947版，我更喜欢这个结局。斯坦像是被命运安排好的人，发现怪物，成为怪物，贪婪虚假迈向黑暗深渊，而不是被救赎。
彷佛是当年看《猩红山峰》的经历重演，顶A级制作和卡司，但和任何一个角色都难以共情。于是注意力便只能放在服化道上了。希望陀螺导别把才华浪费在老片翻拍上了，爱手艺这么大的矿等着你掘啊！（有生之年活久不见）

Substance, structure, graphics. Some wins, some losses. Fable-ish story, sometimes too in the face. Cooper, Blanchett, Mara, and Colette are spectacular.
