整体质量很高，近年来首屈一指。前半段很欢乐，后半段很感人。虽然结局显得有些刻意，但毕竟是子供向作品，作为一名“成熟可靠”的大人，对结尾处的一些刻意煽情感到些许不适完全正常。总的来说瑕不掩瑜。还有一些点到为止的致敬，也是相当不错。
对于涂鸦的深层意义缺少探讨，所以王国靠涂鸦支撑的设定就比较迷，而且团结众人也只能靠对小新的感谢来发声，并不是唤醒遗失的童趣之类。
