The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 可能就是野马的升华在于一种悲剧的不可能，男主意识到自己是没法“变好”没法适应正常生活了，悲剧和遗憾给人的刺痛比一个看似和解的结局带给人的安慰总是要更加绵长。
对于这个故事来说 一百分钟的片长也有点长了 许多情节和故事都没有逻辑 只是凑片长 自己做导演总想给自己加戏 反而没有人狗两个灵魂之间相互依存和救赎的关系 投入这件事情就更无从谈起了 片子花最大价钱的是钱老板 电视上也无从谈起票房分成

The Guilty本身执行得还算比较成功，Antoine Fuqua的节奏控制能力以及Jake Gyllenhaal的实力还是能够让美版有足够吸引人的点，但也仅限于没看过原版的观众，而珠玉在前，剧本和电影形式本身其实并不适合进行翻拍。
