The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 故事主要传达爱、善意和理解。演员之间配合地很好，同一拨演员分饰两个不同地域的人，期间的角色转换一点不突兀，甚至在最后能很好地融合在一起，实在厉害。舞台灯光主要就是冷暖色相的变化，但是样式很丰富。音乐契合故事的发展脉络，最后单纯只有乐队的呈现也是个很好的结尾方式。

大事件下的小角落 还是有点意思。对舞台剧这种形式没有太大兴趣。

音乐也很棒！
911事件本身是一个悲剧，之后发生的一连串事件也是悲剧。但是发生岛上的一切是真挚的，美好的，友善的。这在911发生的20年后，在疫情时代尤为重要。群像真的特别好，脸盲症都能把大家同时饰演的角色认出来，探讨的内容也很多样，面对穆斯林问题也不回避。演员们真的好厉害啊！
最感人的永远是陌生人的善意，最动人的永远是旅途中的意外。
二十年前从电视新闻的报道或身边同学瞎聊而有的经历，十年前的懵懂发芽，五年前才开始接触相关纪录片，二十年后新的故事一样。角度不错，随时都可以投屏再看，再看看。 in Mar-2022

没条件去看现场的穷人表示这部音乐剧光是bootleg就已经超好看了，默默希望百老汇/伦敦西区音乐剧放出官摄变成常态，为了不影响档期卖票完全可以延后几年再放出来，那些超珍贵的OBC摄影只存起来真的是太可惜了~
