The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 影片一半，就猜到同伴不会回来。男主的贪心，错过了几次求生的机会。
星际迷航船长老点更帅，悲剧男主味道浓郁。节奏镜头都很好，全剧很安静，对白很少讲得明明白白，有仇报了就完了，好看！

动作戏不错，文戏冗长没必要，动机逻辑不合格
掘金？还是掘坟？荒漠废土感拍的不错，饥渴、无助，看到三分之一处就基本猜到了结局，人性的贪婪永远在这个世界的任何一个角落里滋生。三星……
看了十几分钟，看出了脏乎乎的男主就是扎克，但故事怎么也看不进去，等到两男发现有史以来最大的一块狗头金时，就弃剧了——非典型故事，没有任何讲述的必要。其他关于人性的表现，更是扯淡，这么大的金子，人性经不起考验，也无需诸多假设。

前期铺垫和剧情走向没毛病，但没懂就是承包商让主角死的目的是什么意义。
剧情简单
剧情设定很讨喜，人性的挣扎很是亮眼，结局落了俗套。
故事并不复杂，剧情不太合理。赴汤蹈火兄弟俩接住了彼此的戏，其他人物要么扯淡，要么没扯完就挂了。
