The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 不用再改编麦克白了吧，《蜘蛛巢城》之后，不管后来的导演们选择什么样的风格，什么样的改编切入点，在这座大山面前，都显得没多大意思了。对于这版极简舞台剧的风格，打光是最大亮点，也是它在电影化上最成功的地方。

剧情性不强，先看了一个长篇MV。但是戳爷演的很好。
没太看出来拍这版的价值是啥，影像当然好看，但并没在叙事上起到辅助作用，相比之下，《灯塔》的黑白摄影就有意义多了。
可恶的三个女巫，像三只有毒的乌鸦，麦克白一员猛将，并无造反之心，听信夺位之言，陷入罪恶深渊，华盛顿和科恩嫂在表现弑君者的心虚与恐惧之上，下了不小的力气，尤其科恩嫂，怂恿时坚决无情，悲苦时疯癫吓人，故事忠于莎翁，布景阴森凄冷。
单纯对我来说，这部电影或是戏剧体验感极佳，风格上简直是在我的G点跳舞…
若是沒看過第七封印的話，這片子是可以再加一星的
史上演技最好的麦克白与麦克白夫人，摄影绝到无话可说，极简主义打造的黑白布景将舞台剧效果拉满，然而最大的感想却是——科恩兄弟解体了？！
这集换导演了还是摄像换了，这个船太带劲了，上头，最美感的一次
最近看的唯一一部青春片，我是颜控，爱了。
拍得太美！！ 讲啥没看懂 文学深度我也兴趣不大 构图很用心 平面鲜明很多时候使用相对称的构图 黑白灰层次感很美 值得截图学习 视觉上可以跟Orson Welles的版本媲美 表现形式有些诗意偏意识流的 又想起了the seventh seal 挺好

摄影一绝，光影场景设计音效服化道都可以拿来一说。华盛顿的表演稍许落俗。故事虽说不复杂，但古英语确实有点影响理解以至于入戏花了一段时间。
奶奶真的很给人以力量，“a fist in the air”是我需要狠狠学习的。
