本来就是一件模棱两可的事，讲得也是稀里糊涂，各持一词的辩说，让人感觉有些故意制造冲突和矛盾。这种事不像那种留下明显作案痕迹或有某种意图的案件，那样侦破或辩论会更有意思，也更有技术含量。
