母女三代之间的和解，以红熊猫做隐喻，不得不说导演把海外华人的亲子关系和文化演绎得相当细腻，尤其结尾部分很感人，要说它的不足之处，可能就是整部影片的情节戏剧冲突较少，节奏过于快速，节奏点踩得过于明显了，但作为一位三十出头的年轻华裔导演，能做到这样已经相当不错，希望未来能看到更优秀的作品。三颗星给导演，一颗星给导演与母亲之间的亲情。希望每个孩子的13岁都能获得属于自己的成长选择。吴珊卓的妈妈这个角色很出色，吴珊卓亲自演都应该能演出这种喜剧效果。（BTW难道只有我觉得这个红熊猫一点也不可爱吗？哈哈哈）

有一些触犯到我的点。整个走向非常老套，自以为是的女主对着其实有内伤的男主说教，假惺惺的救赎和解放，到头来思想解放还是要依靠性解放。女主说我知道你的真名那一刻我都要吐了。
华人祠堂倒是保护的不错

小熊猫太太太太太太太可爱了，我十分羡慕美美的同学，花钱就能rua到熊猫，这是我多年来的夙愿！而且追星也拍得很还原，是我本人。
轻松欢快的片子，华裔导演贴合中华文化做出的构思也很有意思，虽然底色还是美国自我救赎那一套，但是加上typical的中国家长，讲广东话的三姑六婆，中国神仙，用turning red隐喻初潮，释放自己被捆绑和挟持的欲望，和好朋友一起看一场偶像的演唱会，为自己是女性而举杯，竹林的戏份视觉效果特别好看，可惜没有在影院观影。情节推进上欠缺惊喜吧，但是还是很可爱的，看完很开心。评分:7.5/10。
暴躁和骚动的青春期，变成了一只小熊猫。接受了自己，和新的自我和解，和家人和解，感觉故事线挺好的。BTW，小熊猫真是太可爱了！
