The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 东木爷爷以90高龄再次自导自演，令人敬佩！影片充满了慈爱，所有戾气都已被岁月埋藏。

节奏是挺慢的，但比我想象的要好，完全不无聊~~

虽然但是，东木爷爷非要亲自上阵么？走平地都老态龙钟令人担忧，竟然还安排骠悍训马的戏份，还有爱情戏，想不出戏都难。
老爷子是不是就想过一下戏瘾？不管怎样，希望继续拍下去吧。
感觉这个片子问题还挺多的，首先是除了东木和后来小镇的老板娘，剩余的演员表演痕迹实在太重；然后里面人物情绪的转折经常不make sensé （我说那个小男孩）；还有就是对于墨西哥人的stereotype，感觉拿着枪的黑帮各个像傻逼。故事不复杂，但完成得不是很好。后半部份的音乐还算加分。
HboMax首发。总体来说是很平稳的公路片。一条线路讲怎样接受变老，另一边讲怎样长大。风格很平淡，想讲的东西也很平淡。会继续支持Eastwood的下一部电影。
期待什么？老爷车的牺牲？哀歌的碗？
为什么那么多老少配的电影 还都那么难看啊？
演技只有老爷子能看…感觉就是部面向拉美或德州这边的中老年的家庭剧。但看到边上七八十的老夫妻携手观看、听着西班牙语哈哈大笑的场景时，突然觉得也是需要有这种影片的存在的。一时之间竟有些感动…
相当有失水准的克林特的电影，但是为了看他，我也愿意看。可是确实是他发挥得不好的一部电影。
