The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 大选之前上线，再应景不过。每个人都有发声的权利，“全世界都在看”，嘤嘤其名，求其友声。
7.8 对法庭逼逼片一直都很有好感，这片毛病不少，但看着挺爽。
三星半。总体而言群戏还是不算出彩，几乎好的段落，是有意的凸出了个体，众人之间没有再形成一个好看的整体性的东西，当然这个整体也只是为了这个事件服务，庭审戏除了对白的来回之外，大多戏点都在藐视，这就是一种韩影式的处理方式了，反而那些游行，甚至接电话的女孩的戏被对比得更好看。这部电影对比艾伦索金之前的作品失去了一种精致机巧的美，原因是背后的这桩暴乱事件，也因为此事此事写就了全片最后的高潮戏。

真正艰难的不在于与谁抗争，而是坦然呈现自己。交叉剪辑叙事，人物也不少，略凌乱。即便大家都知道在推的圆石会滑落，至少别让它变得太大太重，否则推不动会被压死。
艾伦索金和这种故事题材简直天作之合，NB！年度最佳改编剧本，最佳群戏，剪辑也很好。
哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，对不起，我不该笑是嘛，恩？这不是荒诞现实主义喜剧嘛
这个题材拍了这么多年，还能拍得这么吸引人
