The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 《黑道家族》的男主角扮演者詹姆斯甘多菲尼在剧集结束七年后因病去世，非常令人遗憾，在本片中扮演东尼小时候的演员正是他的儿子迈克尔甘多菲尼，我觉得这就是对他最好的纪念了，说不定正因为迈克尔甘多菲尼也像父亲一样走上了演员的道路才促成了本片的拍摄呢。
1主线N副线，男主在现实中和自己的小说中都是一个人，但穿插过度就是故作玄虚，文学可以引申来创造，但作为电影的直观性表达却难以实现...
就不知道想表达什么的电影 看得感觉乱七八糟的

影片基调，音乐，人物刻画都蛮好，剧情清爽，不拖泥带水，杀人也脆一蹦即死，主角杀爹和情妇，这个情节太狗血了。
没看过剧听着旁白自述观影会一路莫名其妙，影片跟旁白毫无关系，很尴尬。
有些事你想搞懂也很难
片中有不少實景拍攝，難度不低；
假小说变成真故事，日本的刺杀小说家？开头还有点意思，后面有点不在状态，瞎了好创意。
单独成片的话，剧情确实有点松散。但作为黑道家族的前传番外篇，也挺有意思。特别是那股不露声色，不发则以，一发致命的狠劲。
越到后期越乏力，三张假钞（鸠）串联起整个混乱的故事，渲染过多的仓田健太郎也不是啥多变态的黑老大，后面的拍手情节与咖啡馆拍手call back（源自彼得潘一书），感到一股伊坂味。总之，看到乏力。
情怀占一大半，多了些政治性情节，少了生活韵味，没有黑道家族的感觉了
还可以的！男主嘲笑秃顶哥们摔一跤，招致杀身之祸
什么玩意儿啊？！传统美国黑帮意大利帮派电影里，硬生生安插黑人进去是什么操作？
其实故事挺好的，卡司也不错，但是节奏也太慢了完全不抓人……
黑道从来如此 大哥只是一时 总有比你更强大的大哥把你替代 太浪漫不行 狠起来连自己亲人爱人都要干掉 无毒不丈夫 意大利黑手党矛盾体 一方面称兄道弟情同手足另一方面又互相猜忌甚至仇杀
拍成这样也能看出作家的实力，但是编剧导演实在太忽略细节了，既没有满足类型片的期待，又没有拍出文艺片的风格，观众连主题一不小心都会弄丢
