The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 这么说吧，这部剧总的来说就是亚丝娜和前任来了游戏后被骗人背叛，被桐人拯救后跟上桐人的剧情，强行插进去的剧情，时间线就是SAO第一层的时候。总的来说，老粉丝别看，容易恶心死。

真不咋地，没有任何惊喜，倒是看完电影，刷到吴亦凡被刑拘了来的爽！
打怪还得看我桐老爷。故事有点模糊，剧情相当平淡…最后还是胜在sao的设定
如果在家里看会打三星，但花了钱的只能给两颗了，sorry导演。以谢霆锋为首的团队暴躁的像狗，警察的心理素质这么差的吗？都暴躁的不行，审完犯人嘴欠，被咬把人打死？又怪别人不包庇。片头吃饭的事和剧情联系不大可以删。导演想表达反面人物的纠结，没表达好，好人坏人太明显，观众不会对他们表示同情。另外审讯那段甄子丹高谈阔论，好想替任达华说一句“你在教我做事？”。

7，陈木胜遗作，但完全可以进入他个人作品序列前三，香港导演从寒战到拆弹专家再到怒火，香港类型片导演又开始了97回归前后那种香港命运的讨论，以前更多是“我是谁”的命运诘问，而现在更强调香港阶级矛盾下情绪的失控，在表达上可以算是一种升级了。几场动作戏肯定是南亚棚户区那场最好，仿佛九龙城寨再生的既视感，直接对接省港旗兵，最后教堂动作戏则致敬吴宇森，陈木胜这二十多年没有跟甄子丹再次合作挺可惜的，陈木胜的视听节奏其实完全跟甄子丹mma动作戏无缝对接的。当然怒火我认为是不如拆弹2的，拆弹2无论格局还是对现实的影射但要比这个高出一筹，但考虑到陈木胜并不是一个表达特别犀利的导演，能做成这样已经实属不易了。陈木胜这种街头感的导演的去世，绝对是香港电影的大损失，这么在地的香港导演真的拍一个少一个了。

废旧商场的火拼、紧张刺激的追车、火力十足的街头枪战、近身肉搏的对决，等等，堪称十年来港片之最“劲爆”。与《拆弹专家2》“撞桥”正常。警察蜕变为恐怖分子，我不觉得是隐喻，其实，在警校生不包”分配“的某个阶段，国内某省的几个大案是警校毕业生做的。
港片导演讲起“用完即弃”这个主题都是满腔怒火啊，那就炸吧💥肉搏戏拍得真刺激，有看《极恶非道》那味儿了。但还是不能理解为啥失手杀可乐那场戏设计如此简单马虎。片尾出现的陈木胜导演片场花絮有点感动，看起来那么年轻有干劲却早早走了。谢霆锋这几年《锋味》节目没白拍，电影里刀法了得🔪以及他是不会老吗？跟20年前的《顺流逆流》脸几乎没啥变化～（前两天重看08年奥运《北京欢迎你》MV还在感叹他的颜值）
在这部电影里，甄子丹已经开始给自己的动作场面设计做总结了。这样的动作巨星很难有了。陈木胜导演逝世，如此“尽皆过火尽皆癫狂”的拍法，也很难有了。谢霆锋很拼命，演得出色，但他本命不在动作片。夸张一点说，这部电影也代表着一个时代的落幕。
第二次看，比第一次观感好太多，连大量出现的替身都不明显了，可能银幕更大，信息量更多，音效饱满也给动作增色不少，痛感也强化了。
一个长得像桐子的紫毛mito说着和桐人一样的话之后关键时刻把亚丝娜卖了的剧情，我个人是最喜欢刀剑SAO篇的剧情（tv动画看了五遍以上），不是很吃这种硬加上的剧情，感觉很多地方表现的都很突兀，和之前tv原剧情互相矛盾，还有的地方就直接照搬原剧情，连台词都不带改（不明白为什么要给牙王安排个关西腔…）。最后片尾彩蛋明示2022年会出下一部剧场版，不难看出作者的财富密码就是一年一部SAO劇場版？【最后三分给泡澡的亚丝娜

中国观众再也不能在大银幕上看到这么猛的港片了，悲哀。
如果说今年有什么一定要看的电影，那就是怒火重案了。在香港两年动荡时光的滋养下，港片水准突飞猛进，前有拆弹2，后有这部更加生猛的怒火重案。围绕同一个母题，怒火重案的展开更为全面。警队使用暴力的边界在哪里，这是一个灰色的议题，在资本与权力的笼罩下，公平正义进退维谷，警察与暴徒相互攻讦，香港社会的一切都是两难的，正如甄子丹光明骑士的形象在谢霆锋小丑级的诘问下轰然崩塌。香港的电影人无愧于时代，他们是真正的戴着镣铐的舞者，致敬
