The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 一星是给这个年纪还奋斗在电影圈子的东木爷子
又一个暮年英雄的角色，一趟明知结局的旅程，和以往的作品相比要平庸一些。但91岁还在努力创作的人，除了东木老爷子应该没有第二位了吧。
把政治隐喻和东木情怀揉进一个公路片，编剧实在太狡猾了
一老一少，一段road trip，路上遇见的人都帮他们，女人爱主角，问题都能迎刃而解。不行，即便这是东木的，也不行。
感觉老头子有点为了在有生之年多拍点片而不得不有片就拍。
东木真的老了，他真的不该再演了，神态动作都非常迟缓的男主实在让人不忍直视。这个故事也偏陈旧，重复，毫无吸引力的流水账。远的不说，和前年的《理查德朱维尔的悲歌》的稳准狠相比，都天壤之别。
90岁还能谈恋爱，太强了。
东木还想变年轻吧，只是已经给剧情推着走了…
60分/东木老爷子的电影是真的看一部少一部了，毕竟以91岁的高龄作为导演兼主角，只有他能做到。
老头没了年轻的锐气，好在脾气仍在。macho表演满分。
其实现在看东木的唯一意义就是看着他一点点老去
91岁的东木老爷子绝对是世界上最后一个真正的牛仔。。。但最孤峭的身躯也敌不过时间。90岁又骑马又拳击又泡妞，反而拳拳挥空，让故事看起来好假。。而且这片子节奏叙事乃至细节也均不在老爷子正常水准之列
东木暮年，让人唏嘘。希望老爷子能好好享受生活。

剧情平淡了点，音乐和摄影还是相当不错，能看见91岁的东木还在拍片，演戏已然足够了～
节奏是挺慢的，但比我想象的要好，完全不无聊~~
东木老爷子状态还不错，把小屁孩从墨西哥带回美国
时至今日，西部片几乎已经不单独出现，而是作为一种元素和风味融入各种类型的电影里。东木爷爷用公路来诠释西部的想法还是挺好的，之前《朱》也还挺高质量的，但是毕竟九十高龄，各方面在这部作品里不可避免地显颓。作为影迷看这样的作品心理感情挺复杂的，只是希望他保重身体～
老了，真的老了。最早看的一部他的片子是火线狙击。
公路爷孙情，送完毒品送小孩，永远的老牛仔老司机，片尾想起了廊桥遗梦，要强了一辈子该歇歇了
