The satire here is not particularly intelligent nor incisive, but that seems fitting when reality is more mundanely grotesque than fiction: it's almost like the real world does not deserve to be treated in a more aesthetically profound manner. The sense of helpless anger and disbelief at the state of the world is quite genuine, and there are emotional moments that work quite well. It's a typically white and star-studded mainstream film, and that's okay.

  虽然都是前两部玩剩下的套路，每个讽刺的桥段都能在之前的作品中找到参考文献，但经过疫情这两年后对麦凯关于这个世界娱乐至死又愚昧至极的定论变得更加有体会了，原来这世界真的可以疯狂或傻逼到这个地步，另外大表姐终于睡上甜茶了。

  不要抬头，现实里没有刷手机的快感，不要抬头，屏幕外没有你想要的答案。人们不再需要被理解只需要被看到，理性被情绪撕裂，贪婪将恐惧湮没，在最后的时刻一起走向毁灭。荒诞是现实而非效果，讽刺也只是结果不是目的，笑的时候千万别抬头，会流泪。

  把剧情设定上的“毁灭地球的彗星”替换成“变异到希腊字母快不够用的新冠病毒”，不仅毫无违和感且立马可以从科幻喜剧片“不要抬头”变成大型参与类纪录片——《不要戴口罩》。都不止是要素过多了，可以说说全是现实要素没有一丝剧情，导演编剧太有梗了，这完全就是一部反“传统美式英雄主义”的集大成之作，很多刻意玩梗的片段结合近两年疫情下的美国显得格外写实，果然现实往往比电影小说更加魔幻和真实呀，好几个镜头停顿我差点以为是在看美国新闻直播，一时间都不知道是好笑还是好哭。

  The rich have always been doing this… the comet is just making it obvious and dramatic. 很喜欢 Adam McKay 的电影，但是这一部后半部份的处理过于 cliché 了有点无聊。有点像个讲到一半的段子然后就没了。但还是值得一看。

  2021年看的最后一部电影，末日疯狂表现得很好。很多讽刺和黑色幽默，不过最戳中我笑点的是被总统老妈遗忘的杰森～喜欢里面几段混剪，还有最后桌前的祷告，有点泰坦尼克号上最后还在演奏的乐队那感觉
